This free mini-retreat will help you reduce stress and practice self-care. When we give this gift to ourselves, we can better show up in our life and in the lives of others. 


We'll practice mindfulness, heartfulness, journaling, and reducing tension in the body. Beginners are welcome-- no experience necessary! This retreat is offered to ages 16+.

We'll meet over Google Hangouts (just like Zoom). You're encouraged to join with your video on, but it is not a requirement, and any discussion is fully optional. 

This retreat is entirely for you. It's a relaxing space and sacred time carved out for your well-being and inner peace. 

At the end of the retreat, you have the option of making a donation toward relief efforts in Ukraine. 100% of your donations will be sent to World Central Kitchen, an amazing non-profit providing hot meals to Ukrainian refugees and those in need. This is completely optional-- you do not need to make a donation to attend the retreat and there is no pressure to donate.

About your retreat guide


Hi! I'm Emily. My greatest motivation is to help others embody their

best, healthiest selves. I teach mind-body-spirit wellness to youth and

adults in workshops, courses, schools, and private sessions. I am a Cornell

University-certified wellness coach with an MA in Teaching from

Stanford University.

This retreat is the first one of its kind-- I hope to turn it into a

monthly ritual, but I wanted to offer the first one free so people 

could experience it without strings attached. If you find it beneficial, I hope

to see you in future retreats!
